“The only thing more amazing than the human body is the human being. What I offer is beyond bodywork - engaging a person's entire being: physical, mental, emotional, energetic, psychic and spiritual.

I am Licensed / Certified Massage and Myoskeletal Therapist, as well as, a Reiki Master. In my integrated practice I offer a blended collection of bodywork modalities ranging from Deep Tissue, Sports Massage and Injury Rehabilitation to Chronic Pain Relief (through Trigger Point, Neuromuscular and Myofascial Release), Profound Relaxation and Energy Work.

All sessions are provided while lying on a BioMat pad (infrared heat / negative ion therapy) and are interlaced with Hot Stones, Aromatherapy and much more. Every session on my table is unique and customized for each individual person integrating Deep Full Engagement with Reverent Gentleness. My intention is to facilitate and lovingly support the healing work that people are seeking whether it is lasting release of stress and tension held in one’s body or going deep within and shifting energy throughout one’s entire being - body, mind and spirit. The essence of my practice is Transformational Massage and Spirit-Centered Bodywork with the overall goal always being living life fully in Radiant Holistic Health and Deep Well Being.”
